Not a guess from the symptom. Meters on the board, until we know what actually failed.

The fault, the estimated cost, the estimated time. Then you decide. Nothing is repaired before you say yes.

The video reaches your phone before the inverter reaches your door — by bus, the same way it came.
“I had operational issues with the inverter and was unable to get solar supply in my feed. The team rectified the issue — on Eid days. It speaks volumes about the professionalism of the entire team.”

Any courier, to the Batkhela workshop. Message us first.
Hand it to a driver heading for Batkhela. Our rider meets it at the adda.
From upper Swat, Shangla or Buner, send it to Mingora bus stand.
Door hain? Inverter bhejein, hum theek kar ke wapas bhej denge.
Courier se bhi bhej sakte hain.
And local-assembled units. Not listed? Send a photo of the label.
Units reach the bench from all of these.
If the screen shows a fault code, send us that code with your first message. It saves a step.
Yes. Most of what comes through the workshop was bought and installed somewhere else. We do not need to know who sold it, and we will not ask you to switch to us to get it fixed. Hybrid, on-grid and off-grid inverters of every brand we have listed, and plenty we have not.
We cannot tell you before we have looked at it, and anyone quoting a repair price over the phone is guessing. The order is always the same: we diagnose it, we tell you the fault and the estimated cost, and you decide whether to go ahead. Nothing is repaired before you say yes.
That depends on the fault and on whether the part is in stock. You get an estimated time at the same moment you get the fault and the cost, so you can plan around it instead of ringing to ask.
Yes — pack testing, BMS checks and BMS configuration, and the communication between the battery and the inverter. A battery that shows full and then empties in minutes is usually a pack or BMS problem rather than an inverter problem, and it is worth having both looked at together.
Then you hear that at the diagnosis stage, before any work or cost is committed. Some boards are not worth repairing, and we would rather say so than take the job and hand you a bill for a unit that was never going to last.
Send a photo of the label and we will tell you straight away. Voltronic Power makes the Axpert platform that a great many inverters sold in Pakistan are built on, under all sorts of brand names — so the boards, the fault behaviour and the parts are often familiar to us even when the name on the front is one we have never seen. Local-assembled units are welcome too.
The original box if you still have it, otherwise thick cardboard with padding all round the unit. Tape your name and phone number to the outside. If you are sending a lithium battery, tape over the terminals first so nothing can short in transit. Photograph the unit before you hand it over — it settles any argument about damage on the road.
Your inverter running in battery mode, PV mode, grid mode and combined mode, charging and discharging, with its serial number and job number visible in the frame. It goes to you on WhatsApp while the unit is still with us, and we keep a copy for at least a week after it is back with you.
